How do I approve payments in Bankline Mobile?

A:

In Bankline Mobile, you can approve payments using a combination of your Bankline Mobile keycode and biometric signature (fingerprint or Face ID, depending on your device).

Before approving payments with a biometric signature, you’ll need to register your phone using your smartcard.

Once that’s done, here’s how to approve a payment: 

  1. From the ‘Approve’ tab, tap the 'Select' button in the top right
  2. Select the payments you want to approve and then tap ‘Approve payments’
  3. Enter your Bankline Mobile keycode, then approve them using your fingerprint or Face ID
