How do I cancel a standing order?
A:
To cancel a standing order:
- Select 'Standing orders' from the 'Payments' menu
- Click the account the standing order comes out of
- Find the standing order you want to cancel, then select 'Cancel standing order'
- You'll then need to approve this with your Smartcard
If a payment on your standing order is due within the next two working days, you'll need to contact your customer support team to cancel it.
Once you've cancelled a standing order, it will no longer be visible in your standing orders list. To see previous payments from it you can check your account statements.
