What’s the deadline for cancelling a future-dated Standard Domestic payment?
A:
Generally you can cancel a future-dated Standard Domestic payment up to 4pm on the day before it is due to debit.
You may need to use your Smartcard and reader to approve the cancellation of a payment.

Your user privileges will determine if you have the required permissions to cancel a payment, if you are unable to cancel a payment contact your Bankline administrator who can amend your privileges.
