How do I reinstate a template?
A:
Reinstating a template means that you and other users will be able to use a template again that had previously been suspended.
If you want to reinstate a suspended template, simply follow these steps:
- Select 'Payments' from the main menu, then 'Manage templates'
- Locate the template you want to reinstate, it will currently have a suspended status
- Select the template by clicking on the template reference and then select 'Reinstate template' at the bottom of the page
- Once confirmed the template will be available again to use for payments
- If you have Smartcard authorisation and/or dual control enabled for templates, this change will need to be approved before the template is available to use
If you've cancelled a template you won't be able to reinstate it, you'll need to create a new one.
