Q:

What are the rules for setting a keycode for Bankline Mobile?

A:

Keycodes are used for logging in to Bankline Mobile and approving payments (along with a biometric signature).

When setting up a keycode, these are the rules to follow:

  • Your code must be six digits long
  • You can’t have the same digit more than 3 times
  • You can’t have more than 3 consecutive numbers e.g. you couldn’t use 1,2,3,4

We also recommend that your keycode should be different to the code you use to unlock your phone.

All this is to ensure your keycode and Bankline profile remain secure.

When setting a new keycode, you can reuse your previous Bankline Mobile keycode if you like.
