How do I log in to Bankline for the first time?


If you're logging in to Bankline for the first time you'll need 3 things:

  • Customer ID
  • User ID
  • Activation code (this is only needed for the first time you log in)

Once you have these, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Go to and click the 'Log in' button. 

  2. Enter your 'Customer ID' and 'User ID'.

  3. You’ll be prompted to enter your 10 digit activation code. (The first five digits go in the first box and the last five digits go in the second box.)

  4. You’ll then be asked to create and confirm your log in 'PIN' and 'password'.* Choose something memorable and secure, and keep them secret.  

After you're first login, you won't need your activation code. Instead you'll be prompted to enter your Customer and User ID, as well as 3 digits from your PIN and 3 characters from your password.
