Why is there an ‘Order upgraded Smartcard reader’ screen when I log in?

A:

If you’re an administrator with ‘manage user’ privileges, as soon as you complete your log in process you’ll see a screen asking you to order upgraded readers for your existing Smartcard users. Once you complete this process you won’t see these screens again.

There will be a different ordering process for users who don’t currently have a Smartcard. We’ll provide more information later on.

There is no charge for providing you with upgraded readers.
