To change or switch off alerts you’ll need the ‘Manage alerts’ privilege.

How do I assign the manage alerts feature to a user?

Once you have the privilege, you can follow these steps:

  • Click ‘Administration’ followed by ‘Manage alerts’
  • Choose whether you want to stop users receiving alerts using the yes/no buttons, or choose the specific alert types you would like to change or switch off
  • Click ‘Continue’ and then ‘Confirm’

You’ll need to approve any changes with your smartcard and if you have dual administration switched on, you may need another administrator to approve this change.
