What happens to my existing log in PIN and password now I’m asked to scan a QR code?

A:

You’ll still need to enter characters from password when you log in, but your log in PIN will no longer be needed at log in.

Please don’t enter your log in PIN into your smartcard reader as this will lock your smartcard. Make sure you only use your smartcard PIN in conjunction with your smartcard and QR reader.

Your log in PIN may still be needed for some other Bankline services.
