Where can I find my archive?

There isn't an archive within Bankline. If you've come across the message 'use your archive to obtain this information' in Bankline, it refers to your own business records.

Account information on Bankline is available for up to 15 months, if you think you may need to have access to information older than this in the future you can print or export your information and create your own account information archive to refer back to if needed.

If you require information older than 15 months now and haven’t previously saved this for your own records then please contact your customer service team.
